SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Performance Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Ant C Entertainment ("DJ") and _________ ("Client").

1. EVENT PERFORMANCE

The DJ agrees to provide professional entertainment services for the Client's event on _________ at _________. The performance duration is set for ___ hours.

2. PRICING & RETAINER

The total contract value is $0.00. A non-refundable 50% retainer of $0.00 is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance of $0.00 must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.

3. OVERTIME

If the Client requests services beyond the contracted end time, an overtime fee of $100.00 per hour will be charged.

4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Client/Venue must provide a designated setup area and at least one dedicated 120-volt grounded circuit within 20 feet of the setup area.

5. LIABILITY & CANCELLATION

Cancellations within 30 days of the event require full payment. The DJ is not responsible for damage caused by guests or venue conditions.
